Early Season Snow!

The first week of December brought a nice blanket of super dry powdery snow to the Catskills.After dropping 8+ inches of the white stuff, Mama Nature did us a solid and kept the temps in the low 20’s (dipping into single digits at night), keeping the snow light and fresh. Seemed like the right time for our little dude to take his first laps on a snowboard. He geared up Friday evening and took a bunch of heavily assisted runs in the yard. He was asking for more the whole time! We did it again on Saturday afternoon (with slightly less assistance). It was definitely a proud dad moment for me. B and I were also able to get in our first laps of the season the first weekend in December. The Belle has a surprising amount of coverage between the man-made base, and the storm we got. It was good times all around. Here are some snaps-
